Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented HR Interns to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, giving you exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: Support job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Onboarding support: Help prepare orientation materials and assist with new hire processes.
  • Employee engagement: Contribute to HR initiatives, events, and surveys to enhance workplace culture.
  • HR operations: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and support documentation.
  • Learning & development: Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking participation.
  • Research & reporting: Prepare HR reports and benchmark best practices in the industry.

Stipend: 2,500 AED
