Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Finance Interns with a keen interest in Payroll and Management Information Systems (MIS). This internship is designed for individuals who want to gain exposure to HR-linked financial operations, reporting, and systems management rather than traditional finance functions. You will support payroll processes, data management, and reporting activities that ensure smooth employee operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll support: Assist in preparing payroll inputs, validating employee data, and ensuring accuracy in salary processing.
  • MIS reporting: Help generate, update, and analyze HR/finance-related MIS reports for management review.
  • Data management: Maintain employee records and financial data in HR/finance systems.
  • Compliance assistance: Support documentation and ensure payroll processes align with company policies.
  • Process improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline payroll and reporting workflows.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
