Key Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students on suitable academic programs and career pathways in UAE universities.
• Support students throughout the full admission process — from course selection and documentation to application submission and visa guidance.
• Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and university partners.
• Manage inquiries via calls, emails, and social platforms while ensuring proper follow-up and record keeping.
• Coordinate with the UAE team to ensure timely and smooth processing of applications.
• Stay updated on university requirements, scholarship options, and education trends.
• Familiarity with the UAE higher education system is a plus.
