Lab of Future is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and proven expertise in end-to-end HR management. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete HR lifecycle, ensure legal compliance, and play a key role in building a strong, future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Handle visa processing, contracts, renewals, terminations, and HR documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Support leadership with HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance improvement programs
