Job Description

About the Role
We are hiring proactive and persuasive Business Consultants for a core sales role in the UAE
business setup industry. You will advise clients on company formation options, explain licensing
requirements across Dubai Freezones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions, and guide them through
the full business setup journey. If you’re passionate about helping entrepreneurs and companies
expand into the UAE, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
• Drive consultative sales for:
1. UAE company formation (Freezone, Mainland & Offshore)
2. Business licensing & renewal services
3. Compliance-related services (VAT, Tax filing, etc.)
• Manage qualified leads from multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, emails, CRM).
• Conduct deep discovery calls to understand client requirements and suggest suitable
jurisdiction & license packages.
• Close deals, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain updated records of all interactions and activities in CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
