Secure Print Equipment Suppliers FZC is looking to hire an Accounts Executive for its UAE office (MENA Region).

 Accounts Executive
The Accounts Executive has a key role responsible for operating out of MENA and Asia regions.

Reporting
The Account Executive will be reporting to Manager – Accountant.

Job Description
The Account Executive will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts Prepare purchase and sales reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate accounting files and documentation.
  • Process invoices and payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements with financial records
  • Prepare routine financial reports as required by senior staff.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Support the finance department in audits and during budget preparation.
  • Coordinate with service, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth account management.

Skills

Salary: 3000-5000 AED

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Minimum Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in account management, accounting, or finance-related roles.

Location
The Account Executive will work from Sharjah, UAE.

Remuneration
