Role Overview
The Sales Consultant at KAYRA Bespoke is responsible for driving revenue by acquiring, managing,
and closing bespoke carpet projects. This role requires a consultative sales approach, working closely
with the design and operations teams to convert enquiries into high-value, well-executed projects.
The Sales Consultant represents KAYRA’s brand, expertise, and service quality in every client
interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Handling
a. Handle enquiries from:
• Interior designers
• Architects
• Consultants
• Private villa owners
b. Qualify leads based on:
• Project scope
• Budget
• Timeline
• Decision-maker
c. Proactively develop new business through:
• Designer outreach
• Referrals
• Client follow-ups
2. Client Consultation & Requirement Understanding
a. Meet clients to understand:
• Design intent
• Area coverage
• Material preferences
• Budget expectations
b. Guide clients on:
• Suitable carpet types
• Materials and finishes
• Construction techniques
• Promote full-area and bundled solutions rather than single-rug sales
3. Proposal, Quotation & Closing
a. Coordinate with design and operations teams to:
• Prepare accurate quotations
• Ensure scope clarity
· Present proposals professionally and confidently
· Handle negotiations while protecting margins
· Close deals and obtain:
• Approvals
• LPOs / Pos
• Advance payments
4. Project Coordination (Sales Perspective)
a. Act as the client’s primary point of contact during:
• Design approvals
• Sampling stages
• Order confirmations
· Coordinate internally with:
• Designers
• Operations team
• to ensure smooth handover after order confirmation
5. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management
• Maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
• Build long-term relationships with:
• Interior designers
• Consultants
• Repeat clients
• Encourage repeat business and referrals
6. Sales Reporting & Targets
Maintain an updated sales pipeline
Track:
• Leads
• Proposals
• Closures
Achieve assigned monthly and annual revenue targets
Provide regular sales updates to management
Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in luxury interiors, carpets, furniture, or related industries
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Arabic Speaker will be preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Driving licensce

• Experience working with interior designers and architects
• Understanding of bespoke or custom-made products
• Familiarity with UAE market and client expectations
