Secure Print Equipment Suppliers FZC is looking to hire an Accounts Manager for its UAE office (MENA Region).

Accounts & Finance Manager
The Accounts Manager has a key role responsible for operating out of MENA and Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, legal advisors, and investment bankers during IPO preparation.
  • Use IPO management software for documentation, compliance tracking, and filings.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate accounting files and documentation.
  • Process invoices and payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements with financial records
  • Prepare routine financial reports as required by senior staff.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Support the finance department in audits and during budget preparation.

Skills

Salary: 7000-8000 AED

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting IPO processed or working with IPO software.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 6-8 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

Location
The Accounts Manager will work from Sharjah, UAE.
