Job Summary

Peko Payments is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to handle Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, and Field Sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Peko Payments’ digital payment solutions to merchants and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions
  • Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful sales

Outbound Sales

  • Make outbound calls to prospective merchants and business owners
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Explain Peko Payments products, pricing, and benefits clearly

Field Sales

  • Visit potential merchants, retailers, and business locations
  • Onboard new merchants for Peko Payments services
  • Conduct product demos and assist with onboarding and documentation
  • Build long-term relationships with clients in assigned territories

General Sales Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, support, and issue resolution
  • Stay updated on company products, offers, and industry trends

Skills

Salary: 5,000 – 8,000 AED

Requirements & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with customers (phone & in-person)
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Willingness to travel for field sales
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Basic knowledge of digital payments/fintech is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and local language(s) preferred
