Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Follow-up:

  • Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels to promote courses.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

Consultation & Sales:

  • Understand the customer’s requirements, educational background, and language proficiency goals.
  • Recommend appropriate courses and provide detailed information about course offerings, benefits, and fees.
  • Convince and close enrollments by effectively handling queries and objections.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective and existing students.
  • Track and update the status of leads using CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to achieve a high conversion rate.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work with the team to create and implement sales strategies.

Market Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from customers about the courses and relay it to the management team for improvement.
  • Stay updated on competitors and market trends in Similar course coaching.

Skills

Salary: 2,500 – 3,000 AED


Qualifications & Skills Required:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in tele sales or education counseling.
  • Prior experience in selling educational products or courses will be a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
