Job Description

Role Summary

The Relationship Manager (RM) will manage our key business clients by following proven processes to nurture the business accounts. The RM will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about their business, their problems, and their operations. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. The role involves managing client relationships, merchant relationships, program implementation and managing internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

➢ Own and manage the portfolio of client partnerships.

➢ Own and manage the portfolio of merchant partnerships.

➢ Develop tools and processes for existing clients such as the tracking and delivery of commitments, & metric reporting

➢ Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs

➢ Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

➢ You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

➢ Focus on key revenue vectors and business objectives.

Stipend: 7000 AED - 9000 AED
