Job Description

  1. Issuing monthly lease renewal/non-renewal notices to tenants (3 months prior to contract expiry)
  2. Periodical reviewing of renewal reports, tenancy contracts and non-renewal/breaching contract
  3. Direct Meetings, contacting and follow-up with tenants regarding their lease contract renewal,
  4. communication with the Senior Executive and Landlord regarding lease request approval and other property issues
  5. Preparing documents such as Tenancy Contracts, Ejari, Addendum, rental cheques, Letter of Undertaking, Notices to vacate, Transfer letters, NOC,
  6. Updating all new and existing tenants’ information (EID, Visa, Passport, Trade License, POA, VAT Certificate), ensuring that all the details are accurate.
  7. Providing rental range reports depending on what is requested by tenants and management from Dubai Land Department calculation.
  8. Forwarding maintenance complaints to maintenance team & follow up to confirm work done on time
  9. Aiding new tenants in taking possession of their rented property (Ejari, Security deposit receipt, key handover, new DEWA connection).
  10. Move in and move out procedures (Flat Inspection report, Security deposit receipt, DEWA Final Bill, DEWA Clearance Certificate)
  11. Processing Tax Invoices for commercial and residential tenants in Focus software
  12. Collection of payments from tenants
  13. Verifying cheques and tenant’s information after receiving the bounced cheques.
  14. Identifying cases that must be filed.
  15. Informing in advance important Notices and Guidelines to all tenants
  16. Tracking and Filing of all documents related to properties.
  17. Managing all incoming phone calls and email correspondence.
  18. Any other duties assigned by senior Executive and the Management from time to time.
