QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Current student at University of Stirling, Dubai.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent communication, Microsoft Word (essential), Google workspace, social media savvy, familiar with tools such as Canva for content creation. The ability to work independently in a remote working space is necessary.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
This role will be remote working so the student must have access to a laptop from home. They need to be able to connect to Zoom/Teams etc. We will provide an induction week where we work together from one space. Independence and commitment to work to targets is important. We will also provide development for the student throughout the programme.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will involve working with the four Ki areas- Empowerment, Development, People and Guidance.
Ki Guidance:
• Market research in the Education sector
• Creation of documents including brochures, leaflets
• Data entry primarily around educational institutions • Social media research and content preparation
Ki Development:
• Creation of documents including powerpoint slides, training materials and leaflets
• Creation of a survey and implementation of this- collation of the results
• Social media research and content preparation
Ki Empowerment:
• Market research into empowerment programmes
• Support in developing a mentorship programme
• Creation of documents and training materials for an upcoming programme
Ki People:
• Preparation of training content- lesson planning
• Research on relevant topics and data gathering
• Social media planning and content creation
• Creation of documents including leaflets and brochures
There may be a requirement to attend meetings online or in person in Dubai. Note taking in the meetings with follow-up action points will be required. Weekly check-in meetings with the Ki team will be required and KPI’s will be set on a weekly basis. There may be additional relevant duties as per client requirements.
